Madtown Reflection

I had taken a similar shot at sunrise about a year ago at sunrise after weeks of planning, waiting for the right conditions and searching for the best location.

This time I had most of the work already done so, when I saw a promising weather forecast for a sunset shot, I knew what I wanted and how to do it.
The final picture is the result of two long exposures, one at sunset and one at the blue hour for the city lights and a little more saturation in the sky.
